We will be releasing two updates this month. This first update brings improvements to functionality. Our second update will bring news to Tryline!
Lock Screen Scores - For iOS users, live scores now appear with a countdown before the game starts instead of immediately appearing.
Line Tool (New) - Available in Tools next to Match Points to visualize and see line coverage. We've also included a handy info button to describe what line coverage is.
Match Points - You can now toggle to view 'Team Points Scored Only' to view only the points scored by the selected team.
Player Profile Data (New) - Height, weight, birthplace and more! Please note that player data varies across sources. We chose what is most commonly reported across NRL, Wikipedia, ZeroTackle and RLP as well as conducting our own fact checking.
Postmatch Player Stats - You can now view player stats in grids by default or alternatively you can switch back to rows.
We've also fixed a few bugs with the green sliding indicator. The frontpage now also updates automatically without you needing to restart the app. Alternatively, you can also pull down to reload immediately.
In no other place will you be able to receive breaking news and updates straight to your notifications, personalised for only what you selected. There's no need for you to frantically follow teams and players in the app now - we'll make the process easy in the next update! We will also make some improvements to our existing weather features which currently only captures kick-off time conditions.
You can directly switch to view a players Origin profile on the player page? Our data for Origin goes back to support all matches and players until 2021.
That's all for our first update this month. If you enjoy the app, be sure to leave us a review!
